Bought this to replace the FLA battery on my travel trailer. So far, it's been pretty good. I added some foam pieces to my battery box to keep it from sliding around too much, since this battery is considerably smaller than the old battery.
Test run:
I haven't done any trips yet but so far, I've used it overnight to run the lights, 12V fridge and the fans for the heating system in 35-degree weather, and charge a few devices in the trailer as a test. It went from 91% down to just about 50% charge and the voltage was still around 13V the following morning. It also charged back up pretty nicely the next day to about 89%, even with fridge and some lights still running. (For reference, I have a 165W solar panel and it was a partially cloudy day with occasional tree shadows).
Bluetooth App:
The app is handy and I like that I can shut off charging and discharging. It would be nice to set charge and discharge limits as a percentage of remaining capacity, but you can do it based on voltage so not a huge deal.
Overall, I'm happy with it so far. I'm considering ordering a second one to expand my capacity.
This is my second Wattcycle battery for my Ham Radio setups. Superb performance for both the 100ah and the 20ah. I have been very impressed with Wattcycle’s product, and their customer service, which has been very responsive.
Before I purchased three 280ah mini smart batteries for my boat, I downloaded the app and read the app description and instructions. I was specifically waiting for a smart version so that I could monitor individual cell voltages to watch for imbalances and the app instructions stated and showed that individual cell voltages were monitored and displayed. When I received the batteries, opened the app, and connected to the batteries the only information displayed was the battery pack percentage of charge and battery pack temperature, not individual cells. This information brought no value to me as I already have a victron battery monitor to provide percentage of charge. When I contacted support they were unaware of what information the app provided and followed up with me after researching. I was unlimately told that the app will be updated but may take up to six months. Also, after the Will Prouse review of the 300/280ah mini, pointing out that the over-current discharge cut off was set dangerously high, I was glad to see on the website that the 280ah mini smart cut off was lowered to 210 amps. However, the manual supplied with the battery lists the over-current discharge protection for the 280ah mini smart as 750 +- 50 amps. What is the accurate number? What and who can I trust? Will the app be updated as promised? After the whole 300ah/280ah issue I wanted to give Watt Cycle the benefit of the doubt but now I'm concerned and contemplating returning the batteries, while I can, and looking for batteries with a useable app and proper documentation.
Never received it, will change my rating if and when I receive it.
The items that was ordered are exceptional, great fit for my boat.
I bought 1 of these batteries and a 4 bank charger to swap out my battery that runs my electronics, pumps and lights on my bass boat. I removed 2 AGM 100 AH batteries and put a single 100 AH lithium goin in their place. I made 2 trips to the lake and I was so happy with it I ordered 3 more to replace my tyrolliny batteries. I’m running 4 of them and I’ve been very happy with them. Not only do they provide nice voltage, but they charge fast and they’re really light weight. I took out 5 traditional batteries and replaced them with these 4 lithiums and got more power and eliminated 260 pounds from the back of my boat. The boat handles better than it ever has and hops on pad really quick. I highly recommend these for your bass boat or anything else.
I’ve had this charger just over a month now, it is above and beyond what I expected. It’s lightweight and compact compared to other 4 bank chargers. It charges my watt cycle batteries fast and keeps them healthy and charged. And you CANT beat the price anywhere

Only reason it doesn't get five stars from me is I have an older Android 7 phone (Nexus 6) which is not supported by the BMS Meta app. I was able to get it working on a Kindle fire 7" by using a free app called Fake GPS. This was only possible after "jailbreaking" the Kindle and enabling google play store (a technical process which is difficult for many). If you have an obsolete phone this may be an issue for you and I did not feel like I should have to purchase a whole new phone just to watch the battery's behavior. I purchased after watching teardown videos on youtube to confirm build quality and safety features. Really, this is a five star battery for anyone not using an obsolete phone. After a few weeks, I liked it enough to buy a second unit and hooked them up in parallel for 200 amp hours.
I needed an affordable large amp hour battery in a small package. The 12V 280Ah Wattcycle Mini was the right match. This battery went in to a tight fitting Airstream Basecamp 20X trailer battery space. I did not need to make any modifications. I installed it with no issue and put a fuse in place to protect the electrical system. On three-night winter trip in the Oregon Cascades and with temperatures well below freezing, the battery easily was up to all the tasks: propane heater fans, roof vent fan, lights, 12v fridge and device charging. (I am also happy about having low temperature protection for the battery). The 300w solar panels were shaded by clouds much of the time. Thankfully, on this batteries maiden voyage it performed perfectly. Having had battery power anxiety so many times when traveling, it was great to spend more time enjoying the adventure travel experience without sweating about the battery. My next battery related purchase with be the Wattcycle 60amp charger for those rare time I want to fast charge the Mini from an outlet. For now, I look forward to many, many years of service from the battery.

Came packaged nicely no issues. Nice they included both bolt sizes if you have two cables on the terminals. Put two of them in my rv and have worked great so far. Would love to get a bigger charger. Maybe one day.

Battery is nice but the BMS Meta app quit working just a few days ago. I don't understand why it requires a connection to a Chinese server when it only needs local Bluetooth access. Please fix the app.
I just ordered a WattCycle 12V 300Ah MINI LiFePO4 Battery. But I was worried after seeing many people complain about the top cover. It happened that WattCycle launched the Bluetooth model. After negotiation, I changed to the Bluetooth model of 12V 280Ah MINI. At the same time, the $50 discount originally for the 12V 300Ah MINI was transferred to my Bluetooth model. I am very grateful to WattCycle. After understanding my concerns, WattCycle promised me that if the top cover falls off, they will refund me or reissue it. I am looking forward to my Bluetooth model.
A good product, I'm getting another one.

I had two 100ah AGM batteries before these and they took forever to charge and I was always watching my battery die too fast now I have these batteries the two of them weigh less than one of my previous batteries and when camping this weekend I never got a low battery alert
A lot of people started to worry about the top falling off, and WattCycle responded immediately. They started to offer insurance. I only had to pay a few dollars to buy insurance. If the battery was damaged during transportation, I could skip WattCycle and claim directly from my insurance company. That was great, and I was happy with the service. After all, shipping damage cannot be completely avoided.
I received my WattCycle 12V 300Ah MINI LiFePO4 Battery last month. Although, it has now become a WattCycle 12V 280Ah MINI LiFePO4 Battery. I have to say that I was confused, confused and disappointed at first. However, after understanding the ins and outs of the matter, I don't regret my choice. I am willing to give WattCycle a chance. I have no problems with my battery during use, but even so, WattCycle directly refunded $50 to my account. That's why I am commenting here now.

The battery’s top cover was loose when it arrived, but WattCycle’s support team handled the issue promptly. They sent a replacement, and the new battery has been performing exceptionally well in my solar power system. It’s been a month, and no issues so far. Highly satisfied!
