Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy

At WattCycle, we stand behind the quality and performance of our batteries. We offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery correctly under the instructions of the manual.

Warranty Period

WattCycle warrants that the product will be free from defect in workmanship and material to the original consumer purchaser.
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.

1. For the battery >50Ah, the warranty period is 5+2 years.(Extra 2 years warranty service is only for customers of official website.)
2. For the battery ≤50Ah, the warranty period is 3 years.
3. For the battery charger, the warranty period is 2 years.
4. For other battery chargers, the warranty period is 1 year.

Warranty Statement

Any defects in material, workmanship of your product will be covered after you provide any valid proof of purchase and information including but not limited to:

1. A purchased order number made through WattCycle official stores.
2. Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.

Note: The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty will be invalid on the items once they are taken or shipped to other countries.

Exclusions of Warranty

1. Misused, abused, damaged by accident or damaged due to force majeure. (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.);
2. Unauthorized modification, repair, dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
3. Lost, stolen or full refunded product;
4. Warranty period expired;
5. The battery model on the warranty certificate does not match the actual item;
6. Product wear and tear through the usage of time.

Procedures for Warranty Claims

We’ll assist to analyze the consumer’s problem within 24 hours, and help solve the problem, restore battery usage, and introduce the optimal use method.

If our product fails to work normally, the consumer assists us in completing all the battery testing, and both parties confirm that the product does have quality problems, we’ll send a new battery replacement to the defective battery after it has been returned to our US warehouse by the pre-paid label we prepared. And the defective battery will be checked and tested by our technical team to analyze the problem.

From the date of purchase and within 6 months, if our products have quality problems and cannot work normally, we can provide replacement or refund services; Within 7 months from the date of purchase to the end of the warranty, if our products have quality problems and cannot work normally, we can provide replacement services.

Any product(s) returned for valid warranty service will be shipped at the expense and risk of us. We will provide a pre-paid label to customers who need to return the products to the designated place at the specified time.

Batteries that have been serviced or replaced under their warranty period do not receive extended warranties. Instead, the serviced/replaced battery(-ies) will abide by the original warranty period issued when first purchased.

Maintenance & User Precautions

Before charging, carefully review the battery's user manual to ensure its compatibility with the charger's technical specifications.
Ensure that the charger's positive and negative terminals are correctly connected to the corresponding terminals of the battery (positive to positive, negative to negative).
During the charging process, ensure that the input/output connectors are securely attached.
lf any abnormalities or damage to the charger or battery are noticed during the charging process, immediately disconnect the input/output cables.
If using alternative input cables, ensure that the cable can handle the charger's maximum input current and that the charger's input voltage is within its operating range.
lf an extension for the output connection is needed, ensure that the connection cable can handle the charger's maximum output current, and the voltage drop between the charger and the battery connection should be kept as low as possible. ideally less than 1% of the battery voltage, Otherwise, it may affect the charging effectiveness.
The internal voltage of the charger is high and poses a significant risk .In case of any defects, please contact support.us@wattcycle.com promptly. Users and non-professional repair personnel are prohibited from disassembling or modifying this product without authorization.
Do not use the charger during thunderstorms or lightning storms.
Keep the charger body dry and avoid using it in damp or rainy environments.
Avoid using the charger in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
Do not use the charger in or near flammable or explosive gas areas.
Use the charger in a well-ventilated and dust-free area.
Do not cover the ventilation ports and leave at least 10 centimeters of space around them.
Avoid shaking, impacting or throwing the charger with force.

Great power storage in a small package!
I had two 100ah AGM batteries before these and they took forever to charge and I was always watching my battery die too fast now I have these batteries the two of them weigh less than one of my previous batteries and when camping this weekend I never got a low battery alert

false advertising

The battery arrived with the lid ajar. That wasn't good. The cells inside are 280 A cells, not 300 A. This isn't a 300 A battery as marked on the outside. I'd call that false advertising.

We sincerely apologize for the issue with the battery lid and the discrepancy in capacity labeling. As we stated on our website, this battery utilizes EVE LF280K cells (rated capacity 3.2V 280Ah, tested capacity 3.2V 310Ah). We can offer a $50/each refund and an automatic 2-year warranty extension. Please contact service@wattcycle.com asap if you not received the refund. We are taking steps to correct any labeling discrepancies and improve our quality control processes.

Make sure to read the instructions first.

Long lasting and the range is unexpectedly good. Very efficient and this brand is of superior build. See You tube review of the take apart build of several brands. This Lifepo battery is tops and I can highly recommend them.

It is too early to rate the batteries. But from other experts, it does seem to do as promised. I will update in the future.

3 100ah batteries wired in series monitor only shows 100ah, not 300ah.

Hi, thanks for choosing WattCycle. Connect 3 batteries in series can not increase the capacity, it will in crease the voltage. Your new system is 36V 100AH (3 in series) If you connect them in parallel you will get 300AH.

Batteries are very good, but the monitor only recognized one battery as wired in series, saying 100ah when should show 300ah.

Price point is amazing

Great product and amazing price. I purchased these for the Rv after watching a couple YouTube videos where they opened the battery to check the component quality. A grade cells and well built. I bought a second one.

Economical to power a small camper 12v system

I added a 12v/USB power socket distributer. Right now this battery powers a 12v, 55 watt electric blanket for winter camping and I've used it to charge a 300 watt Jackery power system. Will Prowse has a great review on his youtube channel.
